  • Nuts: Almonds, Walnuts, Brazil

  • Fruits: Blueberries, Strawberries, Oranges, Cherries

  • All Vegetables: Especially dark leafy greens

  • Olive oil

  • Green tea

  • Turmeric

  • Ginger

  • French fries

  • Sugar

  • Red meat
