Week 1: Foundations of Holistic Wellness—Understanding the unique challenges faced by dental hygienists.
Week 2: Stress Management & Emotional Wellness—We brake down the physical, emotional, and mental effects of stress and how to manage it.
Week 3: Physical Wellness & Ergonomic Health—Preventing and addressing the physical strain of the profession.
Week 4: Hormonal Balance for Energy & Vitality—Supporting hormonal health and combating fatigue.
Week 5: Immune Support for Resilience—Building a robust immune system naturally.
Week 6: Sustaining Wellness & Preventing Burnout—Long-term strategies for well-being and professional fulfillment.
Weeks 1-4 are focused on the individual while weeks 5-6 extend to patient care.
There is a minimum of 5 participants for each class, but no more than 8 to allow for discussions.
Once the minimum requirement is met, you will be notified by email of the class start date.
